How To Defeat Montaro:

At the player select screen pick an character named Sektor (the red robot)

At the beginning of the game do a jump kick at Montaro but be-warned Montaro may block your kick if so quickly jump back this may take many tries. If Montaro dose grab you he will place several punches into your character

When Montaro tries to tail swipe you (low kick) do a jump kick at Montaro

Even though this is rare Montaro will shoot an red bolt of energy do not try and block it the force of the explosion will knock you over so try and jump over it this though is tricky.
