This is the first of many food diary entries of which I will post every single day, all meals was cooked by my mum many thanks for being amazing
, since this is the new year it is a great day to start this is January 1st 2010 what I ate:
Breakfast: Cinammon ready Brek (Porridge) with raisins, wheat-germ and golden syrup.
Lunch: Biscuits (Hobnob Creams) with a cup of milk.
Dinner: Beef Joint, with yorkshire puddings, mashed potatoes, vegetables (carrot, garden peas, and sweetcorn)
Supper: I couldn’t eat all the meat my mum made me too much, so in the spirit of not wasting things that was my late-night snack (eating all the scraps I left)
