• It all starts when you throw glass into the large steel containers.
• Workers sort the glass into different colours.
• Then they clean and then crush them into shards called cullet
• The shards of glass called cullet are transported into a manafacturing plant mixed with minarals that come out the ground like soda ash, sand and limestone.
• it finishes mixing and the cullet and all is fed into a furnace and is melted into a thick gloopy liquidafter being flamed at heat of 2800 F.
• the melted glass is poured into moulds and blown with air after that it is moulded to its final shape it will become a wine glass or a bottle of orange juice.
• it is then removed cooled and inspected then shipped to a company for whatever of their needs
